I had the privilege of collaborating with CAOACAB on a dynamic project aimed at testing the viability of entering a new market. The challenge was clear: validate audience interest in their services and refine the company’s positioning within just one month, all while adhering to a limited advertising budget.

CAOACAB was aware of a general interest in their services, yet they needed concrete evidence before committing to significant investments. The key questions are: Would their target audience engage with their offerings? Was the market ready for their services? The most significant challenge lies in achieving these answers quickly and cost-effectively.


The Solution: Agile Marketing
To meet these goals, I developed and implemented a lean, data-driven strategy leveraging Agile Marketing principles. The approach included:
Organic Content Creation: Establishing and enhancing CAOACAB’s brand presence in the new market.
Targeted Paid Ads: Testing audience engagement with a minimal budget.
MVP Deployment: Offering a training service as an initial test product to gauge readiness and conversion potential.


Execution
The project was broken into weekly sprints, ensuring continuous learning and adaptation. Key steps included:
Iterative Learning: At the end of each week, performance metrics were analyzed to inform the next sprint.
Data-Driven Adjustments: Based on audience responses, we refined ad messaging, focused on gain points (benefits), and prioritized high-performing platforms.
Platform Focus: By week two, LinkedIn emerged as the dominant platform for the target audience. Efforts were concentrated there, amplifying results.
